Hi, I’m Anna!
And I’ve been officiating weddings since 2021.
To me, weddings are magic. They are one of the rare opportunities we have in our lifetimes to gather our kin for a few joyful hours of reverence, reflection, and celebration.
Each time I leave a wedding, I overflow with a sense of being connected to life itself— life, love, and the sacred beauty our love generates.
And on your big day, I know you’ll feel exactly the same way.
You’ve probably been to a wedding (or two) whose ceremony felt stuffy, uninspiring, or worse, totally archaic.
To me, that’s not good enough. Your love — our love — deserves better.
Soco & Co ceremonies are rich, vivid, and fun. We throw out the tired old scripts, and make our own rituals: rituals that honor your values, celebrate your story, and marvel at each and every detail that makes your love one of a kind.
So, what does a professional wedding officiant do, exactly?
Make It Legal
I guide you to the right marriage-license office, answer the “wait, how does this work?” questions, and make sure everything is filled out correctly. After the wedding, I file your license promptly so you can relax knowing your marriage is official and airtight.
Learn Your Story
I ask intentional questions, listen deeply, and pay attention to what actually matters to you—because a one-of-a-kind love deserves a one-of-a-kind celebration! Then I shape a ceremony script that honors your story with warmth, meaning, and that spark of “this is so us.”
Prepare Your Hearts (and Vows)
From thoughtful reflection prompts to vow-writing support and gentle feedback (if desired), I help you clarify what you truly want to say to each other. We rehearse together so you walk into the ceremony grounded, confident, and fully present.
Lead The Big Moment
I arrive early, connect with your vendor team, and help set a confident, joyful tone for everyone present. When I deliver your ceremony, your guests will swear we must have known each other for years—and you’ll get to feel held, supported, and celebrated every step of the way.
